It’s going to be a boozy weekend, judging by the events lined up for these next three days. But onwards, ho! we go.

FRIDAY

The Total Beer Experience at Total Wine starts tonight, starting out with Lakewood Brewing Co.’s Bourbon Barrel Temptress (BBT). Starting at 5 p.m. at 9350 N. Central Expressway, the first 36 people to purchase some BBT will get their bottles signed by Wim Ben. Brewmasters these days. They’re rockstars.

SATURDAY

At Veritas, there’s a wine tasting with Travis James that focuses on Southern Hemisphere wines. The wine starts flowing at 4:30 p.m. and lasts until the bottles run out. Go early if you want to be a part of the shindig.

Community Beer Company is celebrating its one-year anniversary with an open house and 15 different beer styles. There’ll be pizza, live music, artists, and beer from 2 to 5 p.m. The cost is $20 per person.

SUNDAY

It’s lobster boil time at TJ’s Seafood Market. For $30, you get lobster, PEI mussels, clam, potatoes, and corn. The fun lasts from 5 to 7 p.m. at Veritas’ new patio.
