Quite a few of the food trucks are slowing down in this July heat. In addition, be especially certain to check Facebook or Twitter feeds. Some owners don’t mind a little rain and some cancel at the sight of the first raindrop.
On Tuesday, several trucks will be at The Village Apartments for dinner, including Rock ‘n’ Roll Tacos, ParrotIcce, Ruthie’s, and Little Greek.
Wednesday brings us Sigel’s/Greenville for dinner, with Pompeii, Simply Dosa, ParrotIcce, and Rock ‘n’ Roll Tacos.
Also on Wednesday, the Fly-By Food Truck park begins a small one-truck lunch service.
