D: The Broadcast: Jason Kosmas Shakes Up a Watermelon Cobbler

By Nancy Nichols |

Dallas mixologist Jason Kosmas appeared on D: The Broadcast. I post this because he shows you how to make a drink that is perfect for this weekend. I’ve put the recipe below.

Watermelon Cobbler

By: Jason Kosmas

Recipe for 1 Drink

1 ½ OZ For’s Gin

¾ OZ Employees Only Grenadine (available at Sigel’s)

¾ OZ Lemon Juice

1 ½ OZ Club Soda

3 1-inch cubes Watermelon or 2 OZ juice

Muddle watermelon in a cocktail shaker. Add remaining ingredients except club soda. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a tall glass with ice and top off with soda. Garnish with a slice of watermelon.

Try the same recipe with Aylesbury Duck Vodka, Cana Brava Rum, or Tequila Cabeza.
