Can you believe it is officially November? Now that the fall season is in full swing, you have the green light to pack up the Halloween decor and start planning the perfect Thanksgiving feast. Coppell Farmers Market: The market welcomes the return of Custom Café with their unique mixes just in time for cold weather soups and baking. Ipanema Brazilian style cheese bread has also joined as a fall and winter vendor.
If you come out this weekend, many vegetables will be making their last hurrah. Cucumbers, eggplant, zucchini, patty pan, yellow squash, and green beans are almost gone, so buy them now to ensure you have enough for the season. But good news for you tomato lovers:several market farmers have tomatoes in the ground in green houses so those should continue through the winter.
Fall and winter seasonal produce is also starting to come in. Lettuce, winter squash, romaine, and wintergreens will make an appearance, and pears and apples are crisp and juicy.
There will also be a vast selection from veteran vendors. Apetito has added to their lineup Texican Black Pepper Ketchup, Texican Habanero Ketchup, and Texican Cayenne Hot Sauce, and they now offer gift baskets. Hiram Farm will continue to have sauerkraut and garden hand soap.
Looking for something sweet? Texas Toffee has sprinkles, toffee crumbles, to top salads, ice cream or however customers choose to get creative.

Dallas Farmers Market: Nothing says Thanksgiving like homemade relish. This weekend is the Homemade Holiday Condiments Class at Dallas Farmers Market. Participants will get to make that something delicious you need to spice up your holiday table. Some flavor favorites include pickled giardiniera, five spice apple chutney, and lacto-fermented cranberry relish. But hurry, registration for the $40 class ends Friday.
