CBS is looking for amateur bakers with great whipping abilities (in the kitchen). Its new baking series (no name yet) “follows the trials and tribulations of the competitors – young, old, from every background and every corner of the United States – as they attempt to prove their baking prowess.” The producers tell me that the CBS version is based on a popular show in the UK called The Great British Bake Off. Sounds tasty.
