New Restaurant at Gilley’s: Jack Daniel’s Saloon in Dallas

The landmark honky-tonk announces the newest addition to the Gilley’s Complex. The Jack Daniel’s Saloon, a full service restaurant, is whipping up Texas favorites and is now open for breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday through Thursday 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday 7 a.m. to 1 a.m. and Sunday brunch from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The 3,000 square foot cowboy haven hosts live Texas music Friday and Saturday nights and features leather couches, rod iron fixtures, Texas memorabilia and rustic cowboy furnishings.

Jack Daniel’s Saloon offers an array of Texas’ favorite dishes including Shiner Bock Chili for $5.50, Gilley’s Original Barbeque Sandwich for $6, and Peppered Chicken Fried Steak Strips for $8.95.  Other Texas inspired menu items include Texas Rattlers, chicken and cheese mini chiles rellenos served with cilantro ranch dipping sauce for $6, The Texas Top Heavy, smoked pulled pork with sautéed peppers and onions for $6.95, and the Half-pound All-American Saloon Burger served with pickle ranch dipping sauce also for $6.95.

To beat the smoldering heat, the Jack Daniel’s Saloon mixes up adult lemonades including Blackjack Lemonade, made with blackberries, Jack Black and Sweet-N-Sour for $5.50, Lynchburg Lemonade, made with “Jack’s Home” Jack Daniel’s and lemonade for $4.50 and The Tin Cup, made with “Adult Arnold Palmer” Sweet Tea Vodka and lemonade for $4.50. Sundays at the Saloon feature Sunday brunch and , the largest Bloody Mary bar in Texas.
