Leslie Brenner reports the results of Food and Wine magazine’s “The People’s Best New Chefs” voting.  Chef Tim Byres from Smoke won the Southwest. Byres will be profiled in the magazine’s July issue. Congrats to Chef Byres. And thanks for doing your part to put Dallas on the international culinary scene.
