Chef/owner Tom Colicchio will be joining Chef de Cuisine Jeff Harris in the kitchen at craft | DALLAS on June 23rd and June 24th. Interested diners can reserve a table to sample some of Tom and Jeff’s favorite ingredients of the season — purple hull peas, sweet corn, and Copper River sockeye salmon, to name a few — now being incorporated into the menu. Come on in and join us in congratulating Tom on his 2010 James Beard Outstanding Chef Award.
