HighGround Advisors, a financial management company, signed a new lease at downtown Dallas’ Comerica Bank Tower. The company’s new location spans 25,920 square feet of class-A office space. The relocation will move HighGround Advisors down the block from its current address at Thanksgiving Tower. The company will be making the transition during the year’s second quarter.
“The building and our new space are a great fit for our organization, aligning well with our new brand identity and core values,” said Jeff Smith, president and CEO of HighGround Advisors, in a statement.
The 60-story Comerica Bank Tower lists available space on 23 floors, and data from Costar shows the property as 72 percent leased. With its current lease nearing expiration, HighGround Advisors assessed properties in downtown and Uptown and even considered staying at its current location before signing the new lease, said JLL, which represented the tenant.
HighGround was represented by Brad Selner, JLL managing director, and Brooke Armstrong, JLL senior vice president. M-M Properties is the landlord of Comerica Bank Tower and was represented in the deal by Mike Silliman, M-M Properties senior vice president.
