Santiago Iron Works Inc has purchased a 7,500 square foot office space at 2237 Wisconsin Street in Dallas. Keenan Cook of Mercer Company represented the tenant in the deal. Robert Spletter of NAI Robert Lynn represented the seller, Glass Family Partnership.
