Modern Luxe has leased 3,141 square feet of retail space at the northwest corner of SH 121 and Legacy Drive in the Stonebriar Commons shopping center is Frisco. Bob Gibbons of REATA Commercial Realty represented the tenant, a professional hair salon. Tim McNutt and Anisha Nanu of Bright Realty represented the landlord.
