Betson Industries has renewed their lease for 21,925 square feet of office space at 1137 Conveyor Ln., Ste. 118, in Dallas. Jeremy Mercer with Mercer Co. represented the tenant, which sells and services coin operated arcade games, vending machines, and game room equipment. Brett McMillan with Paladin-Partners represented the landlord, Vantage Properties LTD.
