The rooftop amenity deck at Cawley Partners’ new Knoll Trail Plaza was an impressive venue for D CEO’s recent party commemorating the release of the 2015 D Real Estate Annual.
CEO Bill Cawley said he got the idea for the deck after touring an office in Southern California while attending an Urban Land Institute conference. Knoll Trail Plaza is fully leased, but space is available in Tollway Center, a six-story building Cawley is developing nearby that will feature a similar rooftop deck, he said.
The D CEO party was attended by about 200 top DFW brokers and D Real Estate Daily contributing editors. Special thanks to our sponsors—Cawley Partners, Staffelbach, and CF Accountants and Consultants—and to one of the best DJs in North Texas, Paul Paredes.
