Knot 2 Shaggy has leased 3,130 square feet of retail space at the northeast corner of Preston and Campbell roads in the Preston Trail Village shopping center in Dallas. Alex Whitman of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant, a pet grooming business, in lease negotiations. John Rutledge and Easley Waggoner of Venture Commercial represented the landlord, Leon Capital.
