EquityMetrix has leased 15,072 square feet of office space in the Galleria North Tower II at 13727 Noel Road in Dallas. Taylor Dickerson and Scott Morse of Citadel Partners arranged the lease in conjunction with Dennis Barnes, Celeste Fowden, and Hunter Lee of CBRE. EquityMetrix is a land data management and revenue recovery expert for the oil and gas industry.
