Lease: Bizmart Inc.

Bizmart Inc., doing business as Office Max, has renewed its lease for 21,500 square feet of retail space at 4601 Cooper Street in Arlington. Eric Deuillet of Structure Commercial represented the landlord, Hartman Income REIT, in lease negotiations.
