Lease: Consolidated Vision Group Inc.

Consolidated Vision Group Inc. has leased 5,774 square feet of retail space in the Medallion Center at 6300 E. Northwest Highway in Dallas, where it will open an America’s Best Contacts and Eyeglasses store. Dawn Greiner of SRS Real Estate Partners-Southwest represented the tenant in lease negotiations. Mike Geisler and Christopher Gibbons of Venture Commercial represented the landlord.
