A new multifamily team at Colliers International, a new associate in the office/industrial division of Henry S. Miller Brokerage, and 13 promotions at Jones Lang LaSalle in this week’s Personnel Moves.
• Colliers International has welcomed two veteran multifamily brokers to its North Texas team, Bob Helterbran and Mark Glen Freeman. They’ll work with Teresa Guidotti Lowery, a principal in the company’s Houston office, to form the Colliers Texas Multifamily Group.
Both are former senior vice presidents with Transwestern. Most recently, Helterbran was a senior vice president at Grubb & Ellis. He and Lowery bring a combined 57 years of experience to their new roles. Over the years, they’ve been involved in more than $3 billion in real estate transactions.
• Fred Dumlao has joined the Dallas-Fort Worth office/industrial division of Henry S. Miller Brokerage as an associate. Dumlao previously served as director of commercial services at Victor Myers Commercial. Prior to that, he was an associate at Scott Brown Commercial. In his new role, he will represent tenants and landlords in office and industrial properties transactions throughout North Texas.
• Jones Lang LaSalle has promoted 13 professionals across several business lines in Dallas-Fort Worth. Joel Austin, Michael Swaldi, and Scott Williams have been promoted to executive vice presidents; Ed Darter, Rob Harder, Nathan Orbin, and Michelle Vickery have been promoted to senior vice presidents; Rachel Brown, Jennifer Clendening, Jeff Davis, Stephen Holley, and Tim Sharman have been promoted to vice presidents; and Lauren Zimmer has been promoted to associate.
