Allen Gump: Industrial Projects Under Way Across DFW

I recently had the privilege of participating in a panel discussion at NTCAR's 2013 Broker Forecast breakfast, held at the Frontiers of Flight Museum. For my part of the presentation—the industrial market—I created a list of deals that had been completed in 2012 and projects that are expected to get under way in 2013.

I recently had the privilege of participating in a panel discussion at NTCAR’s 2013 Broker Forecast breakfast, held at the Frontiers of Flight Museum. For my part of the presentation—the industrial market—I created a list of deals that had been completed in 2012 and projects that are expected to get under way in 2013.

Some, as noted below, have already begun. Some are still on the drawing board. But all have the potential to be kicked off this year.

The level of activity we’ve seen recently is truly amazing. And there are some very exciting projects we’ll see later this year. All of this bodes well for companies looking to locate in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. There are a lot of great options.
