APS Industrial has leased 5,000 square feet of industrial space at 3430 Dalworth in Arlington. Brendan Smith of the Mercer Company represented the tenant in lease negotiations. Phil Rosenfeld and Matt Thompson of Colliers International represented the landlord, Tarrant County Properties LLC.
