A special "something blue" for these college sweethearts.
Newlyweds Andra Anglin and Chase Pennington met in class their freshman year at Abilene Christian University. She transferred to another college her sophomore year, but while visiting a friend at ACU, Chase asked Andra out. Their first date led to many more, and Andra finished up her studies in Abilene with Chase. These college sweethearts were engaged in 2011, and they began planning their June 9, 2012, nuptials at the Omni Fort Worth Hotel. Surrounded by friends and family, Andra and Chase’s special day included family traditions and special touches. Her “something blue” was a sapphire ring—a family keepsake given to her mother by her father when they were expecting Andra years ago.
