Real Weddings: Julie Owen and David Meyer
Remember to make the tiniest elements of the ceremony count.
Julie Owen and David Meyer had known each other since high school, dated in college, but finally got serious after graduating and moving back home. The couple wed on July 30, 2011, and the event was all about simple elegance and sentimental touches. With a green and white palette, Julie accomplished her goal of a sweet, modern feel. She incorporated into her attire an heirloom handkerchief (something blue) and a bit of lace from her mother’s wedding dress (something old), proving that sometimes the smallest details can mean the most.
