Real Weddings: Jessica Hubble and Austin Hipschen
Who says that blind date setups never work out?
Jessica Hubble and Austin Hipschen met on a blind date in New York City. (Many thanks to the mutual girlfriend who set them up.) From the start, Jessica knew she had a “real gentleman” on her hands. He gave her a call before they met to break the ice, and that first evening out followed with four years of dating, punctuated by a proposal. They wed nine months later on April 30, 2011. Jessica wanted her wedding to have a casual elegance about it, but most of all, she says, “we wanted our guests to have a good time and to have a real celebration.” Mission accomplished.
