It’s hard to believe this stunning model has a 15-year-old son. But she does—and an 8-year-old as well. “I’m a boy mom,” she says. “I like girly stuff—makeup, clothes, and hair—but I can totally roll around in the dirt.” Parks and her fiance (also a model) are self-proclaimed foodies. Between busy travel schedules, they make time to dine around town. When she’s not hanging with her family (usually watching movies), spending time at the gym (her iPod is her motivator), or testing restaurants with her fella, she’s making time to go back to school for pediatric nursing. “My sister is a pediatrician at Children’s, and I would love to work with her one day,” she says, “and I would love to be with babies.”
