Farmer looks like she’s all freckles and giggles, so you might be surprised when you discover a few facts about this born-and-raised Texas girl. One, she’s a landman, managing oil and gas leases. “Coming in, it was intimidating in a male-dominated industry,” she says, “but I have a little experience under my belt now. I can take the boys down.” Two, she drives a truck. A big one. A Ford F-150, to be exact. (A larger F-250 is her dream.) Three, she loves to camp. Her family even takes an annual two-week camping trip. Other interests include Rangers games, country music, and anything chocolate. “I have a bold personality, I love to laugh, I’m adventurous, and I go where the wind takes me.”
