Amanda Dyer and Jeff Swaney met while both were taking a real estate license renewal course, but they soon discovered that they had a lot more in common than making property deals. After dating for a year and a half, the unofficial mayor of Deep Ellum asked Amanda to marry him during a hike along the Oregon coast.
