The couple, who married June 15, 2007, recalls their most memorable date at a wine-pairing dinner at York Street. Beth remembers that she ate Cheerios the night Dan proposed. They’re food people (Dan’s a chef at Tillman’s Roadhouse), and their wedding dinner was a fat and happy feast: nine courses that included roasted sea bass, smoked quail, and seared foie gras.
