For the Love of Lamb at Love Shack

We love Tim Love and his Fort Worth Love Shack. He’s just opened a new one, and to celebrate, he’s throwing a party with a lamb theme. Not only has he brought in great chefs from the Dallas-Fort Worth area (Blaine Staniford from Grace, Jason Boso from Twisted Root, Scott Romano from Charlie Palmer at the Joule, plus a few more) for a lamb burger cook-off, he’s also got Top Chef season three winner Ilan Hall and Top Chef season four finalist Richard Blais to compete in a lamb cook-off.
