It’s rare that we hear about a media company we didn’t know existed. Yes, considering ourselves so "media savvy" has probably been a downfall, at some point. Anyway, The Old State House of Design & Development is a branding and web development company (clients include American Way Magazine and Centre), and it is throwing a party to raise money for the Goss-Michael Foundation. There will be entertainment (DJ Guillaume, Smile Smile and Radiant), and a high-fashion and high-tech fashion show featuring 12 highly-stylized models and a translucent screen in the middle of the catwalk. Also, a suprise celeb host is promised. Here’s hoping for Gary Cogill. 7:30–midnight. The Old State House of Design and Development, 9007 San Benito Way. www.theoldstate.com.
