Optimal Blue LLC has renewed and expanded its lease for 9,419 square feet of office space at the Parkwood Place building in Plano.

Keena Bonella, a Miss Colorado USA winner and 2007 Miss USA contestant, is opening an apparel store in West 7th. Keena's is the latest retailer to sign on for space in the development this year, joining Lucky Strike, In-N-Out Burger, and others.
